Prof. Dr György Gonda (economist) arrived from business life to IBS in 2004. He taught and teaches management related modules, among others Organizational Behavior, Change Management, Corporate Governance, Business Ethics, Principles and Practices of Global Business. Beside management his special interest is the processes of world economy. He worked with several multinational companies in top management in Hungary and abroad. As Certified Management Consultant he participated in many BPR, organizational development, change management , etc. projects in companies of manufacturing, service industries and public sector. In teaching he prefers beside theoretical background practical examples , role playing, case studies from corporate life, based on his experience too.
