Ian is a Seminar & Module Leader at IBS. He is currently completing his PhD at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest where his research explores the effectiveness of business school education, primarily drawing on the ideas of Marshall McLuhan, Neil Postman, Peter Barnard, Béla Bánáthy, Chris Argyris and Donald Schön. Ian is available to supervise Masters research in human resource management, organization culture and development, leadership and change and, naturally, innovation in business school education.
