Krisztián is a tutor of Management Information Systems, Business Skills and Operations Management at IBS-B. He received his BA from IBS-B in 1998 and completed an MBA programme at F. W. Olin Business School at Babson College (MA, USA) in 2004. He has been working in his own company on IT development projects, R&D consulting and intellectual property (IP) management. His goal is to develop internationally operating Hungarian inventions that do not have to leave the country to become successful. His research area is ethics of sales networks and marketing functions. He consults companies on sales-compensation system design based on his book on the subject that has been published in English and Hungarian.
