László has been the CEO of IBS since February 2025. His main responsibilities include the operational management of the institution, developing and implementing institutional strategy, and leading international expansion. Previously, he worked as the Country Manager for the Hungarian branch of the Estonia-based Bolt taxi company. Between 2014 and 2020, he oversaw IBS's business development projects. He began his career at CIB Bank and at the Budapest office of a Singaporean business analytics company.
