László Várkonyi has 40 years of professional experience in diplomacy. He held senior positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Hungary. He served as the Ambassador of Hungary in several Asian countries. As a State Secretary, he was responsible for Hungary’s relations with all countries beyond Europe as well as for development cooperation. He was leading prominent level delegations to many international conferences. He is a full-time tutor at IBS Budapest.
