Overview

Marton is the Rector of IBS and Research Fellow at Bayes Business School, City. He received his PhD in the UK and worked at the universities of Leicester, Essex, and City before joining IBS. In his role as Pro-Rector, he coordinates the faculty and oversees the academic offering of IBS. His research explores the organization of higher education; innovative ways of educating management students for ethics, responsibility, and reflexivity; and the roles management academics’ organizational practices play in achieving this goal. He is happy to supervise PhD research in these areas.
