- Overview
Serge is the Pro-Rector for Stakeholder Engagement at IBS, responsible for alumni engagement, career services, and corporate relations. He brings over 25 years of experience in the higher education sector. Before joining IBS, he held several leadership roles at Central European University and Corvinus University of Budapest. Serge has served on the leadership boards of global professional associations and has received prestigious awards, including the Laureate Award from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and the Bo Gregersen Award for Best Practice from the European Association for International Education (EAIE).
Serge holds graduate degrees in history, international relations, and comparative law, as well as a Doctorate in Education. He is a frequent international speaker and author on topics related to institutional advancement and professionalization in higher education. He also serves as a faculty member at CASE’s Spring Institute in Educational Fundraising and the EAIE Academy.
