BSc in Business Management

The following Bachelor's programme, offered in a hybrid mode by IBS (Hungary) and The University of Buckingham (UK), is a 3-year full-time course delivered in Yerevan.

Successful managers are part futurists, part historians. They elaborate on the future consequences of their decisions while using the experiences of the past. They know which problems to deal with, in what order, what can go wrong and how to motivate people to contribute to a constructive solution quickly. Sounds easy, right?

This degree programme between IBS (Hungary) and The University of Buckingham (UK), delivered in Yerevan in a hybrid mode, covers the core knowledge and skills related to your programme using an interactive and practice-oriented approach to teaching and learning in small groups.

Management is sometimes defined as the achievement of results with, and through, others. Whether the challenge is beating the competitors or educating future professionals, the answer often comes down to management.

We consider developing our students' employability skills highly important. IBS enhances and develops the skills which are most demanded in the job market to ensure that our graduates have an advantage over others in job applications.

Upon completing the programme, students will be eligible for exemptions from the following Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) modules:

• Business and Technology
• Financial Accounting
• Corporate and Business Law.

These exemptions recognize students' prior learning and align with ACCA’s globally recognized qualifications, which equip professionals with the skills needed for a successful career in accounting and finance.

Through this programme, you will have insights into a breadth of issues and areas ranging from finance, marketing, HR, organisational behaviour to operations and project management. As a consequence, you will be able to make a positive contribution in a range of settings. You are as likely to find yourself working in a small, privately-owned company as you are to work in a large multinational, the public sector or perhaps even in your own business.

MSc in Strategic International Management (ranked no. 12 in Eastern Europe!*) attracts a culturally diverse mix of international students. It is an ideal choice if you want to progress in your career from entry-level to a managerial position. Graduates go on to pursue a variety of successful careers in corporate organisations or perform managerial roles in smaller and medium-sized organisations throughout the world.

Business data analysis, entrepreneurship and family business, organisational behaviour, corporate communications, leading and managing people, CSR, project management, business strategy, cross-cultural management skills. The curriculum is indicative and is subject to change.
