Gergely specialises in helping the current and future leaders enhance their skills by tailoring strategic management, innovation, and decision-making models to address their most critical challenges. He teaches Business Strategy in the MSc programmes at IBS, preparing the new generation of future leaders and managers.

Gergely holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Management from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. His thesis took first place in the Strategy and Change Management section at the Hungarian National Scientific Student Conference. With 10+ years of experience as an executive and consultant, he completed the postgraduate Diploma Programme in Strategy and Innovation program at the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School in 2022 with a distinction. He is also a member of the international Strategic Management Society."

Gergely's recent focus on exploring strategic options for resource-constrained organisations was recognized by the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, where he delivered a guest lecture on this topic to Executive MBA students. Additionally, Gergely serves as a preceptor for the Diploma in Strategy and Innovation postgraduate diploma programme for executives from a Fortune 50 multinational corporation at the Saïd Business School.
