Ildikó Katalin Takács studied law and esthetics at the University of Budapest (ELTE). After receiving her degree in law she started her carrier as a solicitor specializing in intellectual property law. After completing an LL.M degree at the Central European University, she worked as the head of theatrical distribution at InterCom, the largest film distribution company in Hungary and coordinated the distributions of significant Hungarian, European and Hollywood movies. Her MBA in Film business at Bayes (Cass) Business School, London City University was completed in 2011. Since 2016 she works with DIGIC, where she was responsible for the high level management of DIGIC’s legal and business affairs in the first 5 years. Now, since DIGIC is part of Embracer group, she focuses on DIGIC’s entry into the film industry and the development of its own film content.
