Founded in 1991, International Business School (IBS) is a state-recognised leading private higher education institution, offering a multitude of degree programmes related to business and management, accredited in Hungary and the United Kingdom, both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
We are currently looking to fill:
Visiting Lecturer
positions in any of the following areas:
Arts and General Education
Business and Accounting
Diplomacy, Arts and Social Studies
Finance and Accounting
Legal
Management and HR
Marketing and Tourism
Quantitative Methods and IT
Writing, Oral, Problem Solving, Management Skills
Type of contract: fixed-term contract (full-time position might be considered)
Location: 1031 Budapest, Záhony utca 7, Graphisoft Park
Key responsibilities:
- Act as seminar leader (deliver classes, complete marking and feedback on student work) and/or module leader (update course material, design assessment, coordinate module responsibilities) for the modules in the given area at BSc and/or MSc level;
- Deliver engaging classes for these modules;
- Complete marking and provide feedback to students for the modules;
- Potentially act as supervisor for BSc and/or MSc students’ dissertations;
- Participate in the work of the related academic area.
Qualifications and experience:
- Master’s level degree in any field (required).
- Ability to teach in English (required).
- Work experience in the profession (preferred).
- Teaching experience in higher/adult education or training (preferred).

Remuneration: Per class rate and module leader fee
