Sam is a Senior Lecturer in Finance at IBS, has 5 postgraduate degrees in different areas of Finance (studied in Syria and France). He had many high positions in financial organizations in Syria and the United Arab Emirates. He has many published articles in different scientific journals in the Middle East. Currently, he works and teaches at many universities in Hungary in addition to being a consulting editor in the Scientific Journal of King Faisal University in Saudi Arabia.
